Are you up for a smoothie challenge?
SMOOTHIE A DAY ~ NOVEMBER
Smoothies are full of goodness! They are packed with lots of nutrients. Fruit, Veggies, and superfoods: there are endless ways to make a different smoothie every day. This actually made it extremely hard in choosing only 30 ideas, but I tried to choose a variety as well as a few that I know will be a bit more challenging. I also tried not to use too many ingredients that not everyone stocks in their pantry, but with only one ingredient listed you can feel free to get creative in making delicious vegan smoothies. I am going to be creating smoothies that I have never made before, and I look forward to seeing everyone else’s creativity.
Please share the photo below on Facebook and re-pin to Pinterest. Your support will help as many people as possible be involved in creating and drinking smoothies this month. I will be adding pins to a Smoothies board for inspiration and hope that you will be a part of our Smoothie a Day November. I look forward to an exciting month about smoothies and would love to see you share your photos with us as well. Thanks for your support, and I look forward to all of the smoothie bliss in November.

Yum! I am craving a smoothie now!
Such colourful photos. Z is so cute 🙂
Thanks, Ally! 🙂 Ours seem to be green these days, but was a lot of fun experimenting with all sorts and seeing some bright colours!
I LOVE smoothies. I’m currently having two a day. I’m mainly making green smoothies at the moment, and I’m loving the different fruit combinations. I’m also finding it fun going shopping for fruit for my smoothies – it’s a novelty just thinking about all the different combinations! By the way, your son is just SO cute! The photos of him here made me smile 🙂
Thank you! He just loves his smoothies 🙂 It is amazing how many combinations you can make. Fun to find new ingredients to add. We are well into green smoothies at the moment, too and loving it. Do you have a favourite combination?
Firstly, CONGRATS on making the Top 5 of the Circle of Moms blog comp! You really deserved it! 🙂
My favourite smoothie so far was one I made last weekend: banana, mango, pear, pineapple, kiwi fruit, greens (mint, choy sum & baby spinach) and seeds (chia, hemp, flax), blended with lots of ice, a dash of soy milk and sprinkled with some shredded coconut. It was so awesome – really fresh and flavoursome. I’m also enjoying a combination with dates, almonds, cocoa powder, greens and soy milk!
Thank you! I really appreciate it 🙂 Ooh, that sounds like such a yummy smoothie. I am getting a bit more adventurous with my green smoothies and will have to try more combinations like yours. Chocolate smoothies are always yummy, too 😉 If you like chocolate mint, a few mint leaves makes it even yummier.
loving this idea! thank you!
